Very friendly, they seen me and I hardly had to wait. NOT LIKE THE ONE IN FLORENCE , they are terrible 2hrs once and the last one was 1/2 hours wait. But the one in Hartsville Ill give them a 10. Dr Smith made me feel like he care. He was very patient and making sure what prescription for my eyes! And I believe he will go far in his work!

This was our first visit as new patients and we were very pleased with Dr Haas and the office staff. However the lady working in the optical shop was unprofessional and acted as though we were inconveniencing her. We will be purchasing our eyeglasses sun glasses elsewhere.
