My appointment was at 10:15 am and I saw the Doctor at 2:30 pm.The wait time is way to long. You must have a policy to over-book, just like airlines, so that you dont loose money if people cancel or dont show. If so, that is not fair. The long wait times are hard on senior citizens.

My father was new patient there. He was scheduled with one physician due to his lfyt driver dropping him off at the wrong location. He had to reschedule his appointment but the nice scheduler was able to accommodate him to see another doctor at 1:30 with Dr. Green.This courteous speaks volumes about how this center takes care of their patients.
