Initial visit impressive, high tech equipment, friendly staff.

Best staff in Sumter! They are super sweet and fun! They take very good care of my daughter and she hasnt turned 2 yet (May 22). They are so patient with her and do everything they can to make sure she is fine and her eyes are okay. She was having a rough start and just woke up when we got there but they made her feel safe and comfortable enough to open up and allow them to check her eyes! They even gave her a toy that made her excited! Thank you to the best eye staff in Sumter sc!

The care is great, but connecting by telephone has been difficult to make appointments or pay bills. Very frustrating!!!
