Quick friendly service I enjoyed meeting and talking to Dr.Wallace she is a gem! My first visit from the West Coast and there was an exam that was done by my previous doctor that was done that I had to pay out of pocket for (my insurance didnt cover) I didnt need unless I had specific health issues I didnt need so it saved me money! So I appreciated her honesty (integrity) it was busy but my exam was quick

Staff, services wonderful! Professional, friendly! The only criticism is your phone system. It is terrible! Can rarely if ever, get a local person. Get in your car and drive over or go without! Cant even order contacts. And that is not staff problem. Need overall review from upper management.

I had a great experience at Hartsville SC office. Really clean and quiet , professional employs at front desk and Dr Smith and his associates were professional but super nice and engaging but quick and thorough. I walked out understanding what was wrong with my eyes and what was being done to correct it with glasses. The sales lady at EyeGlasses area was so sweet and professional. Overall a great experience. .
