Everyone is so pleasantly friendly. Fast service and very knowledgeable.

The center is clean and well-organized. I was a little concerned that the doctor wouldnt see my son due to his age, which wouldve made me aggravated because I wasnt told that before finalizing the appointment and driving some 50 miles. He was seen by Dr. McPhail, who is very personable and efficient. I would recommend the center, but would prefer using the one in my hometown.

Very kind staff and Dr. Mark Vinson was a very knowledgeable Optometrist. I visited other Optometrist office and none of them compares to Carolinas Center for Sight-Marion, and seeing Dr. Vinson. Hes so nice, knowledgeable and doesnt mind you asking questions and he will in return explain exactly what youve asked and also what each part of the detailed exam is about. They accepted my insurance and showed me what glasses were recommended and lenses prescribed by the Dr. all in the same office.I did preregistration online so when I got there all I had to do was check in and have a seat. It didnt take no time to be seen. So the process was fast, easy, and smooth. All the staff at front desk were nice. The Optometrists Asst. was nice. The staff member who helped me with my glasses was just as patient and kind to me!I will definitely be a long term patient here and I fully recommend Dr. Vinson and hes wonderful staff to all! Scale of 1 lowest and 10 highest. I say 10, because theyre awesome !Thanks,Stephanie King
