From the moment I arrived at Carolinas Center for Sight in Florence, my entire experience there was exceptional. The front desk staff, the wonderful ladies in the back who do a mini eye exam and dilate your eyes before you see the doctor, Dr. McPhail, and the checkout staff were the absolute best. They work together so well and you could tell that they love what that do. My exam was more thorough than any exam Ive had in the past. Dr. McPhail took his time and made the exam super easy for me in areas where Ive always had trouble in the past. Dr. McPhail and his staff care about their patients and its absolutely shows. At checkout I was exactly how much I would owe for a particular pair of glasses after my insurance paid its part and no one tried to push expensive frames on me. They were actually trying to save me money. So, if you are looking for an optometrist that is extremely thorough and cares and has an outstanding staff, I highly recommend Carolinas Center for Sight!
