Dr.Greene

 

Education:  Dr. Greene graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Industrial Engineering. He received his medical doctorate from University of Miami, Miami, Florida. Dr. Greene interned at Bethesda Naval Hospital and then became a flight surgeon in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Greene completed his ophthal-mology residency at Akron City Hospital, Akron, Ohio.

Professional:  Dr. Greene is a board-certified ophthalmologist, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and a member of the South Carolina Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. He has been certified and has performed LASIK and PRK using several different laser machines since 1996. Dr. Greene is a Sub-Investigator for several clinical research trials being conducted in our office. Dr. Greene is affiliated with McLeod Regional Medical Center.

Specialties:  Dr. Greene specializes in small-incision cataract surgery, bladeless laser cataract surgery with the LenSx laser, LASIK, PRK, Intraocular Collamer Lens Implants, glaucoma surgery, eyelid and oculoplastic surgeries. Dr. Greene also specializes in glaucoma medical and surgical care. In addition, he treats evaporative dry eye and performs LipiFlow procedures.
