Dr Chad Carlsson at Carolina Centers for Sight in Loris was very personable, very knowledgeable, thorough as well as just seemed like a good person with my husband and me. The staff did a very good job getting us through the practice steps to help us maintain our sight.

When I called that morning with the complaint about my eye they took care of me right away and got me in to see my doctor.

Very friendly customer service. Dr. Vincent did an amazing job of making sure that he catered to everything that I needed. All of the receptionist were very kind when I asked questions about what I needed done. They made sure I knew when my contacts would be in so that I wouldnt have to worry about when to pick them up here. I would recommend this location to everyone because of the customer service.
