Very professional!

First time visit went amazing. Staff was friendly from the check in process all the way to the clinical staff. Shout out to Amanda who was very helpful for it being my first visit there. Dr. Ray was so cool and down to earth and made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit. Definitely look forward to my future visits here.

I can not say enough good things about my eye appointment! I was nervous about my exam, but I had such a wonderful experience at the office. The receptionist is lovely, very welcoming and super sweet. The lady who checked my vision is absolutely lovely. I was so nervous and she made me feel so much better. The eye Doctor is phenomenal. He is so nice and immediately diagnosed my issue, which is dry eyes. He recommended eye drops and by that evening I could feel a big improvement after using them. Their office is like a hidden gem in Marion. Im so grateful I found them! Their office is second to none, and Im so happy I finally went for an eye exam.

Today, was my 1st time visiting Carolina Centers For Sight in Sumter, S.C. I was a new patient recommended by my insurance.The atmosphere was calm, quiet and inviting, and very clean. The receptionist was pleasant but professional. I was impressed that as a new patient I did not have to fill out numerous pages of information. I was just asked for my ID (Drivers License) and my Insurance Card and the automated system did the rest. There was a screen playing in the waiting room on the wall that showed video information on eyes, and all types of problems, their causes, and how they can be fixed, and who to talk to if you are experiencing any of these.I saw Dr. Ferguson l, after her PA did several tests on my eyes. She was so professional that before she told me her name, I thought she was Dr. Ferguson.Once I saw Dr. Ferguson, she greeted me and her experience, expertise and her professionalism captivated theme room. After some added tests and measurements she gave me my diagnosis. My time with her was unforgettable!I will get my Husband in to see her, and I will definitely recommend my friends and associates!
