This was my initial visit (@ 8:30a) so I was very observant. I was warmly greeted when I walked in the door. I was led to the appropriate waiting room after checking in for the initial eye exam within 20 minutes of arriving - superb! (The tech - Brianna - was so kind and concerned.) After that, I was then led to another waiting room in preparation of seeing the Specialist. That wait was close to an hour. However, once I was placed in the exam room, the frustration of the wait left. The tech was friendly, and the doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Although the results were not excellent, Dr. Singhal eased my concerns and recommended a doable, comforting plan of treatment. I highly recommend this Center with the professional and warm staff and doctors.
