A friend of mine referred me here. I called and made an appointment, ( they were about a month out) when I spoke with the lady to make that appointment she didn't tell me I had to go else where and get my glasses ( been wearing glasses for 30 years, always done everything all at one place) so when I showed up to my appointment the lady at the front was very rude when I asked to look at the glasses they have to choose from (my first time using this place) she says "well I can reschedule you to the other location in florence" I was like no ma'am it took me a month to get this appointment. She was like "well here full this out and bring it back when you're done!" My appointment was at 1:30pm I was there ten minutes early. I didn't get called back until around 3pm. Ugh! Once I was back there the staff was super apologetic about the customer service I received at the front. I couldn't have asked for better people. I most definitely will be back (I scheduled my next appointment)!
