I had not been to the eye Doctor and like 2 years! My sister refer me to this eye doctor! I got there early and did not have to wait until my appointment time! I was taken back!! I love the fact that my eyes did not have to be dilated! That was awesome! Then the doctor came in and worked his magic and I got my new prescription and picked my new glasses and paid and left! They explained that they would call me once my glasses were ready for pickup! I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff including the doctor, Dr.Hamill ,at 1st vision are very courteous. I recently switched from a local eye care office after years of care because one of the ophthalmic assistants is not friendly and the other one there was trying to say I don't have routine vision benefits because there was not a separate vision contractor, turns out I did her job for her and found that vision was included in the Health plan. Needless to say, I decided to find another eye care provider with EXPERIENCED staff and UPDATED equipment. I am greatly pleased with First Vision Group !

I had a consult with Dr. Vasuki in December for evaluation of cataracts. Because of my young age of 25, other physicians I had seen for this issue treated me as if I knew nothing and everything was fine. One ophthalmologist (here in town) actually told me "your eyes are healthy" and walked out of the room. I had reached the point where I could not see to drive at night and my terrible vision was also affecting me at work, where I depend on my vision immensely. Dr. Vasuki told me during the initial consult that I had cataracts in both eyes and recommended cataract extraction with intraocular lens implants. Now that the procedures have been done, I am seeing better than I have in years.. and I am still in the healing phase! Dr. Vasuki has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable about the procedures. He is incredible!! The nurses in pre and post op were also wonderful. Very sweet and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this center as well as Dr. Vasuki!!
