Dr. Alexander is the best. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed. He explained everything clearly so I could understand what was going on at all times. By far my best experience from any optometrist Ive seen.
My son and I have been to a few optometrists in Sumter, SC, and I must say that I am extremely impressed by Dr. Eides thorough examination. I decided to try this office due a previous eye examination that was done with speed but inadequate. Dr. Eide, thank you for your professionalism and expertise!
Very short wait, nurse was very informative, answered all questions, Dr. had great bedside manners listened to all questions and answered all, seemed to be very knowledgeable. would use again, very satisfied
Upon entering the office I was greeted with a warm smile and very pleasant staff. My eye exam was very through and on time. At the end of my appointment the young lady was very helpful in assisting me with picking out some new glasses. Highly recommended great job to all of the staff.
