I expected to be seen on time, but had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Thats the only reason I didnt give a perfect score.

The staff and facility are wonderful. I just wish you could call directly into the Hartsville location, because sometimes things get confusing when I cant talk to the office directly.

I had an emergency last week and they saw me without an appointment and it really helped me and I had a follow-up today and thanks to them seeing me on last week, the problem is solved.

I really like it here. The doctors are very good and all the technicians and secretaries are kind and professional. They always make it feel like family and do a fantastic job!

I had a really great experience as this was my very first eye exam appointment! Dr. Alexander and the staff were so nice and welcoming! My only complaint is that its been 3 weeks and my glasses are still not ready and nobody answers when you call the Hartsville optical center. But I do recommend them because they have a really good environment and they explained everything so well!
